DVD Cover - Photomontage
Instant communication was important so special care was taken choosing the best colour schemes and fonts. Blues and Greens for peace, Reds and Browns for chaos. Both sides of the cover are perfect contrasts: good vs evil. Photographic elements were sourced from iStock as well as free-image sites before being imported into Photoshop. Elements such as industry-specific DVD information were also used and a movie-style typeface was employed for rear cover text.
Magazine Cover
As a wine magazine, it was important to utilise as many colours relevant to wine and its production and, as a professional publication, simple, clean typefaces were used throughout. The images of vines and grapes were used to provide balance to the page, with generous doses of white space to help keep the page clean and uncluttered.
