Mt.Clare Wines
I chose to invent a fictitious wine maker called Mt.Clare. The campaign was to promote the new winery and its maiden wine, The Bolter, and to show people that whilst the winery is new, the vines are long-established.
Elements were carefully chosen and the colour scheme used was to promote the winery's emphasis on its red wines. The children's shoes are a tie-in with the age of the winery (brand new) and the reference to 'old legs' refers to the already-established vines.
The A4 Poster
The wine bottle was sourced from a stock photo site and the Mt Clare logo created in Photoshop before being positioned on the bottle. The Mt Clare logo also appears on the shoes. Finally, vines were used to balance the poster and to provide a colour balance.
The TV commercial
The music for the soundtrack was taken from a sound font in Soundtrack Pro, and the voice over was written and recorded by me. I wanted an upbeat feel for the ad because most wine ads on tv at present are looking old and tired. I wanted this to be funny because humorous ads are usually the ones that people talk about most.

The Web Banner
As a fictitious ad there aren't any click-ons or contact details but the same look and feel as the other two ads is clear throughout.
